WHERE AM I GOING?
Wouldn't we all like to know the answer to that? I can't give you a straight answer here, but I will tell you what I would like to do in the future, if it is all up to me.
To be fair, it is all up to me. I believe that you create your own luck, and that you can only go as far as your dreams. That is why I want to dream big. I am allowing myself to dream big.
Like the introduction says I have always wanted to be a writer - as in books - which is ironic as I don't really read books. For me it is more about the fact of having a large project were I get to lead the way.
I believe this dream can be transferred into a lot of other scenarios.
I have always loved design and architecture. I think that might actually be the reason why I started taking pictures. I wanted to try new angles and perspective. I am looking for beauty in the world.
Down to the core of my dreams: well, then we are moving into the media world. I have been a part of it for a significant part of my life and I am not planning on exiting it anytime soon. In 2013 I started my own company, Mathilde Media. It became my project, one were I am taking the lead and following my instincts. Although the company has not been active for a while now, it is still a part of my plan for the future.
Working in the media world for years now, social media has caught my attention, and I do find it fascinating and very interesting. Therefore, my role in Mathilde Media, is being the head of social media - although that is just a small part of what I am doing for the company.
At some point I want to bring all my media related skills together and come up with a new project or an idea. Something that will actively challenge me - and at the same time be an exciting project with a lot of opportunities.
